Our Mission
Dlala Dlala is built on 4 pillars:
1. Sports and Recreation
2. Building Strong lasting relationships
3. Building and developing Entrepreneurship
4. And just Vaarbs
Sports and Recreation
Crystal Park and Benoni has a rich history in sports, predominantly soccer. The passion for the sport was and still is something to cherish. Each pocket of an area knows a person good enough to participate in prominent development programmes. Proper facilities (or the lack of) was never a hurdle passionate soccer players couldn't jump over. Players just needed a less busy street, and 2 bins - then we had a game in our hands.
As a brand plan, we embrace our humble beginning whilst looking into the future for the people who participate at our tournaments. As we host, we try our best to improve the playing facilities or make the experience a pleasurable one.
Building Strong lasting relationships
Relations have formed to be the most important item on the agender that pushes the brand forward. More and more times we realised that the vision of the brand is the thing that helps draw people into believing it and thus a great amount of skill sharing and a pool of networks you can pull from. Building each other to build the community is important to us.
Building and developing Entrepreneurship
We’ve realised, with the growth of our tournament, more people network and connect with each other. As a result, we encourage entrepreneurship as part of the culture that drives the movement forward. By providing a platform of soccer and netball players, we offer opportunities to small businesses to come sell at our tournaments. We have launched, to date, 4 businesses (3 food business and 1 entertainment personale).
And just Vaarbs
What do you get when you mix great music, amazing performances, delicious food and people in the wave length? You get Vaarbs.
"Vaarbs" for us is a pillar, simply because this allows people to be themselves among people. We don't judge, discriminate or name call. We are an inclusive brand that believes that the goodness in people vibrates goodness in others. It's just Vaarbs. It's a great way to let you know that you are at the right place, in the right environment with the right people.
We have plans to grow the brand, the culture and the sport to greater height and mutually beneficial heights. And we hope that you would consider the value we bring along with brand values.
